MixMemo is available as a Chrome extension that offers the same full canvas experience and AI capabilities as the website. To reduce visual clutter when notes overlap, MixMemo uses transparent sticky notes: notes become semi-transparent when they’re not in focus, and turn solid while you’re editing, so you can always see what’s underneath. Extension data is stored locally and does not automatically sync with the web app today. To move notes between them, use export/import. While we evaluate secure cloud sync for future releases, MixMemo currently prioritizes privacy and local control—especially for Browser Sticky Notes use cases.
